Master of Business Law (MBL)
Program Learning Outcomes
Master of Business Law (LL.M) is designed to provide students with thorough and advanced knowledge in legislative issues that are of particularly importance to companies and governmental agencies that keep an eye on how companies behave. By the end of this program, students will be able to understand and analyze a wide range of legal problems that arise in business, to understand broad range of roles in the private, commercial and governmental sectors where legal literacy and skills are increasingly important. Students will complete 48 credit hours comprising of 36 credits for basic core courses, major courses and elective courses and 12 credits for integrative courses and research paper or project or thesis.
