The South East Asia Social Innovation Network is a project funded by the European Commission which effectively supports and promotes social innovation as a means to achieve sustainable and inclusive socio-economic growth, social cohesion and equity in South East Asia. SEASIN’s core objective is to provide a platform for driven people focusing on innovation, sustainability and social entrepreneurship. We believe that social innovation can solve the most pressing challenges in the world, that youth is the driving force, and in collaboration with a clear purpose – it can all be done.

DOCtoral program in Khmer universities Strengthening the International Development of Environmental and maritime research (DOCKSIDE) is a structural project between European and Cambodian universities, co-funded by Erasmus+ programme, and supported by Cambodian Ministry of Education Youth and Sport (MoEYS). The project aims to improve the quality of higher education and the research capacity of Cambodian universities by promoting multidisciplinary research in Environment and Maritime fields.

DOCKSIDE has contributed to Goal #3 of NUM Strategic Plan 2019-2023.

WANASEA Project aims to enhance the scientific cooperation between researchers, PhD students and non-academic stakeholders in the field of Water and Natural Resources Management (WNRM) in South-East Asia.

BALANCE is a capacity building cooperation project co-funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Commission.

The main objective of the BALANCE project is to strengthen financial autonomy and accountability of Higher Education Institutions in Cambodia via modernisation of financial management practices and legal framework.

This purpose will be pursued by achieving the following specific objectives:

Promoting the improvement of human and organisational capacities of financial management in Cambodia HEIs through capacity building and experience exchange.

Setting up a sustainable communication platform between Cambodian HEIs and relevant ministries (MoEYS and Ministry of Economy and Finance) with the objective of improving transparency and systematisation of financial management practices as well as implementing institutional policies and procedures.

GREENCAP Project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. It aims to support capacity building in Cambodia and particularly focuses on enhancing green capability in universities to foster sustainable development in Cambodia.

GREENCAP is based on two main pillars:

a) Increasing awareness of green business among students;

b) Improving student’s employability for existing and future green jobs.

GREENCAP project gathers three European partners, respectively the University of Nantes (France) - international coordinator of the project -, the University of Southern Denmark (Denmark) and the University of Vigo (Spain), and four Cambodian partners, namely the Royal University of Law and Economics - local coordinator of the project -, the Institute of Technology of Cambodia, the National University of Management and the University of Battambang.
